Highway Advocates (Consultancy Service) Pty Ltd: Keeping your business afloat, and your drivers on the road where they belong…

At Highway Advocates Consultancy Service (HACS), our mission is to empower the heavy vehicle industry by addressing systemic challenges, simplifying complex regulations, and promoting fairness, equity, and inclusivity. We honor the diverse contributions of all members of the industry, particularly the Indian sector, whose cultural and historical ties to Australia run deep.

Our work is inspired by the resilience and sacrifice of those who came before us. As the grandson of a Great War veteran who served alongside brave Indian and Gurkha soldiers, we recognize the shared history of courage and camaraderie that unites us. Their sacrifices—whether in the trenches of Gallipoli, Flanders, or Mesopotamia—are a testament to the enduring bond between our nations. Today, many Indians in Australia, particularly of Sikh heritage, continue to exemplify the same spirit through their invaluable contributions to the transport sector.

HACS is deeply committed to creating a level playing field in an industry that faces increasingly complex regulations and systemic inequities. We believe the heavy vehicle industry is being “set up to fail” by fragmented licensing systems, intricate legal frameworks, and rising penalties. Our advocacy extends to calling for federal leadership to unify state licensing standards, ensuring fairness and efficiency for all drivers and operators.

Through collaboration with Highway Advocates (Australia), we provide compliance solutions and expert advocacy that empower drivers to succeed. Our mission is grounded in respect for multiculturalism and the sacrifices that have built the transport sector into a cornerstone of Australia’s economy.

Let us not forget the shared history that binds us across generations and nations. Together, we can honor this legacy by building a safer, fairer, and more inclusive future for Australia’s transport industry. Lest we forget.
